Paget Valerie Brewster
Paget Valerie is an American actress,
singer, and voice actor. First recognized for her role as Kathy in the fourth
season of NBC sitcom Friends as well as being vocalist and voice actor. Her
breakout role was as the Supervisory Special Agent Emily Prentiss on the crime
drama Criminal Minds that she was a regular on the show from 2006 until 2012
and has since returned to as a guest on the show before returning regularly in
2016. She also played Mr. Mumbles and Elise on Dan Vs., Frankie Dart in Community's
final season Birdgirl in Harvey Birdman Attorney at law, Sara Kingsley in Fox's
Grandfathered and Donald Duck's twin sister Della on DuckTales 2017, marking
the first appearance on animated television for the character. Brewster was
born on March 10, 1969, in Concord, Massachusetts. Her mother, Hathaway
Brewster. (nee Tew), worked in the government. Her father Galen Brewster worked
as school administrator. Brewster was raised in Massachusetts and then moved to
New York City to attend Parsons School of Design. Her first year was the year
she began her acting career and eventually dropped out of the design school to
pursue her acting career. Brewster moved to San Francisco in mid-90s to take
acting classes. Brewster hosted Paget the late-night talk show in the San
Francisco Bay Area between 1994 and 1995 on KPIX-TV. Brewster was host for 65
episodes. The fourth season of of the show, the NBC show Friends helped her
rise to fame as Kathy who played a recurring role. She appeared in Andy Richter
Controls the Universe and Huff. She played the role of the character Ms.
Indestructible on film, which was her female lead in James Gunn's low-budget
superhero comedy The Specials (2000). In the independent film The Big Bad Swim
(2006), she played Amy Pierson (a calculus teacher who is scared of the sea),
which premiered at Tribeca Film Festival 2006. In 2005, she started voice
acting as Judy Sebben/Birdgirl on the animated series Harvey Birdman. She later
appeared on American Dad as a guest character. ).
