Elizabeth Leigh Vassey (born August 9 in 1972) is an American actress. She is well-known for her roles as Emily Ann Sago, Captain Liberty and Captain Liberty in All My Children and in The Tick. Wendy Simms was in CSI: Crime Scene Investigation in 2001, Wendy Beaumont in Nikki & Nora in Nikki & Nora. Vassey was the teenage Emily Ann Sago in All My Children between 1988 and 1991. From 2004 until 2005, she had a recurring role on the TV show Tru Calling as Dr. Carrie Allen.She was featured in several episodes of the sitcom Two and a Half Men. Vassey was Wendy Simms' recurring role on CSI: Crime Scene Investigation from 2005 to 2010. Vassey began to appear in the opening credits of the series' CSI: Crime Scene Investigation series as a regular cast member as well as being promoted to a permanent character in the series' tenth season. Entertainment Weekly reported June 1 2010 that Vassey did not return for the 11th season of the show. Vassey was on one episode during that season. Vassey, who is married to David Emmerichs (a camera operator) she founded Neurosis To A T(ee) which is a business that creates and sells T-shirts with slogans for women. The slogans play on the neuroses and worries of women which often have to do with relationships.
